What is the return policy?

Can I refund or exchange my order?

You can refund your item as long as it is unused and in same packaging. We are not accepting refunds for gift cards or BIBs dummies. If you wish to exchange an item please use our Contact Us form & include your order number and the item you wish to exchange. 

When will my order be shipped?

Our processing time is 1-3 days. We will be doing two weekly postal runs due to the current Covid-19 situation. 

When will I receive my order?

We are using Royal Mail Postal services, there may be delays due to COVID-19 Royal Mail Standard delivery + Tracked are both 3-9 working days.  

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please use our Contact Us form, provide your full order details. 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We are sorry to hear that you have received a defective order. Please email us at sunnyandmeinfo@gmail.com with full details, we will endeavour to resolve the issue within 7-10 working days. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once the order is placed. If you wish to add items or amend products on your order please email sunnyandmeinfo@gmail.com within 24hours of ordering. We will do our best to assist you with your query.
